Wrap Preparation Guide
How to get your vehicle wrap-ready.
- Wash it first. Arrive freshly washed, with no wax, sealant or dressing products.
- Flag any damage. Tell us about repainted panels, chips or rust so we can assess adhesion.
- Empty the work zones. Remove items from areas we'll de-trim, like door pockets near panels being wrapped.
- Plan the downtime. Most installs take 1–3 days; we'll confirm with your quote.
- Bring your artwork. Vector files are best, or let us design from scratch.
Vehicle Wrap FAQs
Common questions
What's the difference between a full and partial wrap?
A full wrap covers roughly 90–100% of the paintable surface; a partial wrap concentrates printed graphics on high-visibility areas like the sides and rear. Partials cost less and still deliver strong impact when designed well.
Can you match my existing brand colours?
Yes. We colour-manage our printing and can work from your brand guidelines, Pantone references or existing vehicles to keep everything consistent.
Do I need to leave my vehicle with you?
For most wraps, yes. Plan for one to three days depending on coverage. We'll confirm the schedule with your quote so you can plan around it.
Can you wrap leased vehicles?
Wraps are a popular choice for leased vehicles because quality film is removable. Check your lease terms, and ask us about professional removal at end of term.
My vehicle has some scratches and chips. Is that a problem?
Film conforms to the surface, so damage can telegraph through and affect adhesion. We inspect the vehicle first and tell you honestly what will and won't work.
How should I care for my wrap?
Hand washing is best. Avoid high-pressure washing at panel edges, and park under cover when possible to extend the life of the film. We provide care guidance at handover.
